Smaller and darker than before when? The one I received is as dark as the one in the photo on Amazon, and it is a really nice, very cool looking leather band.

Q: How many holes does the latest version have? Photo on hat shows 7 but photo of entire belt appears to have 10.

Hatband has 7 holes for adjustment ... fits hat sizes 7 - 7 5/8
