Great fan, very stylish, a bit challenging to install
We have a number of Minka-Aire fans, this one is the latest addition -- replacing a 30-year-old Nutone fan, in the living room with 36" long drop tube on sloped ceiling. Although a bit challenging to assemble and install (I'm a retired electrician), the fan works extremely well. It is totally silent, well balanced, and my wife loves the modern styling.

The intensity of light is not changeable.
After I finally installed 5 different minka fans, I realized that this one is the best because It is absolutely quiet.

Good fan for my man cave
Easy to install and set up. Remote is simple and easy to use. Looks great in my man cave.

Great fan works with Google
The only hangup in installation was getting the blades upsidedown the first time. But it wasn't hard to tell what the problem was bc the light wouldn't fit. Fan is quiet, didn't even need to use the balancing weights. I love that it works with Google home. It was easy to set up using the Bond app. I just bought 3 more for the rest of the house.
