I love the way it looks, but it just doesn't work for me. It is listed as 15x10, but my 12x9 sheet music doesn't lay flat inside. And top is noticeably bowed. So, I'm sending it back and hoping to get a bigger one.

I initially saw and bought similar-style storage boxes like these at ikea. Those have been discontinued, so I was delighted when I found these an amazon.The ikea ones are way better, which isn't surprising. The concept is the same - wooden sticks that hold up the lid so that they can flatten up and down. In terms of the canvas of the box, it's ok - it's cloth so I don't expect it to be sturdy.Where these fall short is the lid. The lid seems like it's made out of some cheap particle stuff, and warp so they don't actually lie flat on the box. Ok for covering your stuff (although dust will likely enter since there's large gaps between the lid and the opening of the box) but the lid will be easily knocked off as it doesn't actually lie flush with the opening of the box.

Bought it to store things in my closet and I love the functionality of it and the look!

I’m not sure if I’m keeping it. The lid doesn’t close all the way and it’s bothering me the more I see it. The lid is also pretty rough to the touch, not smooth at all. The bin came very wrinkled, I’m going to try and steam it and see if that makes the wrinkles go away. The bin (without the lid) looks pretty sturdy. And it is pretty to look at (minus the wrinkles). I’m going to try and use it for a few days to see if it grows on me.

I have purchased a total of 8 bins now that either didn’t have lids that fit and/or had stains.

I was very disappointed that the canvas was horribly wrinkled and looked awful. But a reviewer mentioned that she was going to try steaming it, so I tried it, with my trusty hand-steamer, and it worked like magic! Now the bin is just perfect! I subtracted one star because I had to spend awhile steaming out the wrinkles, but now I'm very happy with it.
