I waited 3 years to write this review..
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I purchased this baby monitor in May 2021 for my then almost 3 year old. She is now almost 6 and I still use it just to keep an ear out just in case she needs me. BECAUSE IT STILL WORKS!✨PROS✨-AMAZING daytime vision, crystal clear-volume control is outstanding. Even on the lowest setting it is still able to wake me up.-night vision isn’t too shabby.-the camera itself is easy to adjust and it’s easy to mount to a wall. This camera has moved with us to 4 separate houses so we’ve had to move its location several times. Super easy to find the perfect location each time.-I plan to purchase a second one for my infant!❌CONS❌-The base that stays in my room no longer holds a charge. But oh well, after 3 years I don’t expect it to. We got a lot of use out of this thing and we’re happy to purchase another one.Overall, this baby monitor is definitely worth it. Especially if the WiFi monitors freak you out like they do me. I don’t need any creeps spying on my children. Don’t waste your money on any of the other ones!

Great dual voltage monitor
I’ve been using this monitor for 2 years now and I have no complaints. It works excellently. I like how it is easy to use and has great range. Doesn’t require wifi. Image quality is enough to see baby breathing while asleep. It is also dual voltage which is something I was specifically wanting due to travel. Vox settings work well, battery life is still good after 2 years of use. The only thing I’ve never figured out is the temperature display occasionally switches from C° to F° and back. Not sure how, or if I’m doing it on accident, and haven’t figured out how to change it on purpose. But overall a great baby monitor!

Great Camera Switching Feature and Price
I purchased the AXVUE E612 Video Baby Monitor back in September of 2018. So I've had this product for a while and here is my rundown of aspects of this product that I like and don't like.PROS:1. The main reason I bought this monitor is the feature included in which it will automatically alternate between the cameras you have set up. I use this feature every time I use the monitor so I can hear when one of my baby’s wakes up because I have a camera placed in each of their rooms. This saves me from having to manually switch cameras on the monitor to check on my little ones.2. For a dual baby monitor, this one was reasonably priced. Back when I purchased it I paid $83.99. I wasn't after a fancy monitor and wasn't looking to spend a fortune. Also many of the nicer dual baby monitors came with a Wi-Fi feature, which I didn't want due to the fear that someone could hack into the camera footage.3. I also liked that I could potentially attach 4 cameras to this one monitor. I had planned to place cameras in my playroom when my babies got older.CONS:1. The battery life! This is my biggest complaint with this monitor. I started using the monitor when I had my second baby back in July of 2018. The battery worked great for the first six months but its’ life gradually started to shorten on a full charge. At first it would last several hours on a full charge and now it never get fully charged even being on the charger all night. The monitor will operate about 10 minutes without saying the battery is low. When this monitor needs to charge it also beeps periodically, which can be annoying. I contacted the company about a replacement battery and they responded quickly and sent me a new one. They were very easy to work with.2. The cameras are really zoomed in for whatever reason. I placed them as far away from their cribs as possible and I still don't have a full view of their cribs. We had to use extension cords to place them where they are now. I'll attach some pictures for a visual.3. There is a mic so you can talk to your child through the monitor, which I like, although it plays whatever you are saying to all the cameras, which is a problem if you are using them in different rooms and children are sleeping.Overall I bought this monitor for the camera-switching feature. I hope with the new monitor the battery life has been fixed. I hate carrying around the charging cord from room to room and/or hearing it beep when it’s not on the charger. During bedtime it’s not a problem because I have it plugged into the charger on my nightstand. In conclusion, I would recommend this monitor to someone looking for an inexpensive dual monitor. It gets the job done for less than half the price of other monitors. I just hope the battery issue is fixed with the new monitor.

Very good customer support
Edited: After having emailed the company and written this review, I decided to mail them a letter to the address listed inside the users guide. It was from that that I did receive an email response and I was very much impressed. Apparently, the email address on their website under customer support is incorrect and you should just email the one for information I believe is what she said. They sent me a new parent unit right away with no hesitation whatsoever. It was a much better experience and now I feel very comfortable giving this product five stars for its price.Original post: I have had this monitor for a month. Originally, I was pleased with its performance and would have rated with more stars if it were not for my experience so far with customer service. We have also had a Summer Infant monitor. Although this one I feel like was maybe not quite as good as the Summer Infant, it satisfied for the price. However, this all changed when my three-year-old accidentally knocked it off our bed onto the bedroom floor. That is not a long distance to fall, however the display on the parent unit is now no longer working and the screen is simply white. I can hear the sound but cannot see the picture. This is especially frustrating because now I cannot view the menu in order to switch between the camera for my three-year-old and the camera for my newborn, which is why I bought this monitor in the first place. This happened one week ago. I have emailed customer service three times about it during that one week and have heard nothing back from them. This only adds to my frustration because I feel like a product made to be in the presence of children should be more durable than this, not to mention that the unit was practically still brand new. If Axvue reads this, I would appreciate a response.

Exactly what was advertised
This product works great! I can scan from one monitor to the other. I find the distance good so I can be outside while still keeping a good eye inside. Picture is nice! Fast delivery.

Died after 3 months
Bought this in July and it is now October and the screen just turned off last night and won't turn back on. Camera was fully charged. Gently used and never dropped. Buy something that will last longer.

PIXELATED SCREEN
Day 1 the monitor was great, by day 3 the screen became pixelated and now it is very hard to see. The color is gone. My monitor is garbage now. Looking for a refund or replacement.
