Great product! Very lightweight and fits in my plate carrier nicely. The only downside is there is no curve but that is fine because it is foam and will bend overtime.

Not bad. No protection.
Bought these to help get used to the bulk of ballistic plates and to give a good idea of how my plate carrier will look with plates. I’ve since gotten the plates and they look about the same. Also good to soften a fall or a punch to the chest, but I wouldn’t rely on them for that.
