I had to have my unit replaced due to hidden shipping damage to the control panel cover. The unit was a retirement gift purchased 90 prior to my retirement. I notified ALORAIR SOLUTIONS INC and explained the situation. They asked that I provide photos, and also determine if the unit was operational. The unit was functional, and I provided detailed photos. After they reviewed the evidence they provided a shipping label, an told me they would send a replacement when I could provide evidence that the damaged unit was on its way back. Everything was fine with replacement unit, and the performance has been outstanding.

Filtration system is in my 500sf woodshop. Yes, the unit is big for the space, but I didn’t want to tax the smaller size. While unit is loud, that seems irrelevant because I wear ear protection when sanding, planing, and cutting with the dust collector on….so the air filter doesn’t matter. It works well in my setting.The first remote failed in a week, and AlorAir struggled to replace it, eventually sending me an entire replacement system. Customer service was phenomenal (thank you Jen)!As a follow up....when I returned the original unit, I included the unopened hardware and exchanged the filters, returning as much new stuff as I could, seeing no reason AlorAir should have to replace them. Jen reached out and informed me they'd send a set of filters for my trouble. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the air filter system

Had a slight hiccup. Ordered this in 2022 and finally moved everything in basement to get it running. Worked fine until I grabbed the remote, then nothing.I contacted support and they sent out a new fan. Wasn’t the issue so sent a new motherboard. TA-DA!!Eileen, thanks so much for hanging in there with me on this.I’m going to hang it tomorrow, turn it on for a few hours, then bring the leaf blower in and get all the dust up so it’ll suck it all up

I Highly recommend this system to your shop activities. It does everything you would expect a dust extractor to do! I have a TuffShed shop which is close to 900 square feet, and this unit takes care of the dust, smoke and my health, which is most important. I had an issue that needed to be addressed, and called the company, and from the first call and email, to the last, I was treated with true Professionalism and Promptness. They provided me with over the phone troubleshooting and also video tutorials for the issue. Product functioned fine for about a year plus, then I started having issues with the fan randomly turning on and registering 999 ppm and would not shut off, had to pull the plug to get it to respond. After a while I could plug it back in and it would work for a while before same thing would happen. Now after a few months of doing that it won’t work at all, no lights or display when plugged in, won’t respond to remote , it’s just dead. Company is absolutely void of any way to contact for replacement parts or service, have sent several Get in touch requests from their site with no response. I would not recommend this unit or company products.

Ceiling mounted unit, 8 ft ceiling, 1800 sq ft shop. On high setting the unit blows a lot of air, but doesn’t seem to suck in much thru the filter, (via candle smoke test) so weird. With both filters in place it is a bit too noisy even on low, however, take out the filter with the metal bracing and most noise goes away. Didnt improve the intake much though. I also had to redirect the out flow with some ducting as it was blowing dust all over the shop. All in all, not very impressive.

This air filter system is a great addition to my workshop. It came packaged better than anything I have received. There were corner protectors inside the box and ample padding inside. No rattles were noted before I installed it or after. The construction seems solid and the filter looks to be sufficient for my needs. I will need to see how readily available the filters are local for the future, but I am sure I can obtain them since they are of a consistent size to many other models. The remote works from any angle and is easy to use. The system returns to the last setting used when you power it back on. Only time will tell how well this holds up, but it seems like a great buy.

Received it with the inner filter ripped do to packing mounting hardware inside the unit. I sewed the filter back together to get some use out of it. The unit was easy to install, works well. This has really made a difference in the air quality in my work shop. The only reason I dropped one star was because of the filter issue.
