Great on slick floors
I just attended my niece's wedding and gave a reading during the ceremony. It was the first time I have worn high heels (4 inch spikes) in about 10 years. I knew the church had lots of marble stairs that I would need to walk up and down without a hand railing. I had visions of falling with my dress up over my head for all to see! So I searched out products and ended up buying this one. They worked great! In fact, one of my sisters went out between the ceremony and reception and bought a pair for her dancing shoes. I plan to buy more for several other pairs of shoes that are slick on some types of flooring, especially during wet weather.

Great grip
I purchased these for my wedding day heels to ensure that I wouldn't slip on the dancefloor. These were recommended to me by a dance instructor and they were excellent. My shoes were secure the whole night.

Don’t recommend
Didn’t stay stuck. Came loose the first time I wore them on the soles of new shoes.

pretty good
I added these to the soles of some formal high heels for more grip. They stuck to the sole of the shoes very well and have not started to peel at all. Overall they functioned pretty well, but still were a tiny bit more slippery than I would have liked--I was dancing on polished cement and I would have liked a little more traction. However, they made my shoes way better than they would have been without their application. The clear was nearly invisible on the soles of my shoes. Overall, a pretty good product.

Grips for life!
These shoe sole grips are the best! I absolutely love that they come in a 2 pair pack and in the clear and black colors. I have always used these shoe sole grips for all of my heels to add that extra security, because you never know when you'll need to walk on some slick floor and almost bust your bum... That's happened to me a few times and now I don't wear a new pair of shoes without them! Just apply the grips on the center of your soles and you're good to go. They don't peel off, but will after constant use, of course. They are pretty cheap and worth the purchase.

Saved me from falling on my butt!
I work in a medical facility, which means two things: I need to be dressed up at all times & I need to be able to move fast on slick linoleum floors. Every time I buy a new pair of shoes, I try to wear them as-is and I end up almost falling on my butt. And every single time, I come back to this product. I think they're on at least 6 pairs of my shoes and I'm about to order more. Some reviewers mention them coming off, but I have never had this problem in the 2 years I've been using this product. To get the best possible performance from this product, make sure you place the sticker ON THE PLACE WHERE YOU ACTUALLY CONNECT WITH THE FLOOR. It doesn't work as well if you put the sticker in the center, because most people put more pressure on one side of their foot. To find this spot, walk in the shoes on a slightly rough surface (clean concrete works well) and place the sticker over the spot that is scuffed.

Works but doesn't stay on
I'm not sure how other people got these to actually stay on their shoes. I work at a restaurant, so I needed something to add traction to my shoes, because once water hits the floor, I go sliding around. I usually have to shuffle around like a penguin when I have a new pair of shoes that have soles which aren't as rubber as I initially thought. I looked at these and thought they might be a viable solution. They grip to the floor great, but as soon as I stepped out of the front door of my house, they started to peel off. And by the time I got to work, it was a lost cause. I even tried gluing them back on, which I had a little better luck with, but they still peeled off. I can't even imagine how quickly they would disappear if I tried to use them for their original purpose.

Not quite big enough and falling off after a few wears
These worked great for what I needed at first-- I bought a pair of shoes that had a fabric/cardboard-like sole and I could not stop myself from slipping on any kind of smooth surface. These worked well for the first few wearings, but then I started to notice that if I stepped on the side of my foot instead of straight on the ball (like when turning a corner) I would still slip because the petals weren't large enough to cover the whole sole. Now the petals are coming off and I'm afraid to wear the shoes again. I have a feeling they are coming off more because of the material on the shoes rather than losing the stickiness but either way, I can't wear the shoes!
