I use it everyday for eggs and it has been going strong since purchase. I have noticed that if I put cheese in with the eggs I have to let it fully melt or it will stick a little (no worries because if they cheese is a little sticky, let the pan cool and wipe out with paper towel). I did use the vegetable oil when we first got it to condition the pan, and will every couple of months to be sure it maintains its performance. My husband doesn't really enjoy the fact that the steel part where the handle connects on the inside of the pan usually gets stuff stuck and it's sometimes hard to get things off, but I have found that is true with every pan ever made. If you are in the market for a non-stick pan for your breakfast to make life easier, I highly recommend this pan! I even make crustless pizza for lunch in this pan and it slides out whole and perfect!

I bought this as a gift for my Mom, even after she said she "didn't need a new frying pan." She absolutely loves it! NOTHING sticks to this pan, she says! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and she's so sorry I didn't buy her the entire set like I wanted to. Well, maybe for her birthday...! Serious non-stick surface and a great purchase.

Pretty good product. I cook my eggs in this pan almost everyday and, I have had no problems with sticking. Clean up just requires a quick wipe with a paper towel and your done. I have had some sticking but really don't know why and, it hasn't happened more than twice.

We bought this in march, something told me to wait a bit before making a judgment one way or the other. It worked great for a few months, always used a bit of olive oil even though you were not supposed to need it. A few days ago made some fried eggs with nothing, and it worked great. The next time we tried to do that it was like a normal skillet, with no oil or butter, fried eggs turned into scrambled stuck eggs. The surface used to be as smooth as can be, now it rough and dull. Obviously whatever cheap coating was put on is gone now. Its basically nothing but a piece of junk now, and all of this happened in just a few months.

Wanted this because I’ve heard so much about non stick copper pans. This is a cheap version. It only is non stick if I use oil or spray. It doesn’t heat well , and when cooking eggs they just cook weird and slower than any other pan I’ve used. Wish I had returned it and got a better brand .

I've been using this pan now for about 3 months almost daily for mainly eggs, bacon and sausage. About 2 weeks ago it started to have things stick. Up until then it was great. Now it takes some scrubbing to get it clean.

I love this pan. It is perfect to cook eggs in. The trick to a lot of non-stick pans is not to get them too hot. These are not iron skillets! I put in some butter and then fry my eggs or cook an omelet or make pancakes. No problem cleaning up. Wipe with paper towel to get excess oil out and then a little soap and hot water to clean.

This one is to replace the first one I had. The first one got destroyed. You don't need to know how. Otherwise it works great. We have several copper pans and they work like they say they do. Well worth the money.
