In general, how much gel should I use? Also where do you put the gel;  the front or bottom of the tray?

Accepted Answer

You want to use a thin layer of gel so that it doesn't squish out and get all over your gums.  You want to put the gel on the part of the tray that lays against your teeth.  I used a small paintbrush to apply the gel.  Often, I would paint it directly onto my teeth and then cover them with the mouth tray.

Question 2

Any coffee drinkers ( I mean serious coffee drinkers) notice a difference? While still being able to drink coffee?

I bought this product about a month ago. I drink coffee everyday. My teeth had coffee stains. I was using 2 different teeth whitening toothpastes to help keep my teeth from staining any further. Since I started using this product I have noticed a big difference. I'm on my 5th syringe of whitening gel, there is a total of 5 syringes that come in the package, and am completely satisfied with the results up to this point. My teeth are truly whiter than when I started using this product. 
I definitely recommend this product.

Can you use this product with veneers or crowns?

This is a 2part answer.  I have both.  Here's the difference though.  When I was in first grade I broke out my front teeth and had to get the bonding or whatever they did back then.  Then fast forward 25 years later I had them redone several times over the years and back in the early 2000's I broke them again.  I wanted to have the "brite smile" done in the dentist office where they whiten your teeth so I had to get that done first and see how white my teeth got, then they redid my front teeth to match how white they were.  After the fake ones get stained by coffee etc the whitening gel will take them back to their original bright white.  If veneers or crowns were "matched" to somewhat yellow or dingy teeth the veneers or crowns will never be able to be any whiter.  Do you know what I mean?  Mine go super white because that's what the original color was.  All this would do is make all your regular teeth white and leave the veneers the color they were made to match.  Hope this helps you.  This stuff is amazing.  My teeth are so white they're off the charts.  (-:

How many consecutive days can you use this whitening gel for? How many days should you wait before starting a new cycle?

I haven't used it for more than 5 consecutive days.  No issues with sensitivity in that time.
