I must have thrown out tray I had made by the dentist when I downsized. And they were so expensive back in the day I would never do that again. I am on my first day of using them and they fit well enough and were comfortable enough.I followed the directions and found them easy to mold to my teeth. Very similar to doing the teeth guards for your young football players. Whitening strips and whitening toothpaste don't work well for me. I have always had good results with this method so here I am. Pleased I could replace my trays for a reasonable cost. Not quite as professional but worth the savings of sure.

Easy to use happy purchase

Not great instructions. I attempted to form them 2 or 3 times. I even had to soften them enough to stretch it back out to try to form them to cover all my teeth. Not super successful but manageable.

I followed the instructions to a T and they shriveled up in the hot water beyond being able to use them effectively. Maybe use only warm water and not hot water to keep them from losing form and shriveling up like a snail.

As long as you follow the instructions, the whole instructions it works! Don't worry about it getting to hot in your mouth. Heres my step.Before I put them in my mouth I washed them, then made it a spot comfortable where it will sit and practice like it said in step 1I boiled water in a tea kettle, poured in a small cooking pan - no boilDipped one tray in, counted to 5,pulled straight out to hang "dry" for 2 seconds - inserted on the top and sucked to seal it and used my fingers to get a good grip and held it that way until I felt it start to "harden" or get stiff, you'll feel the difference. The bottom I did kind of mess up cuz I forgot to press my fingers against it, so I redipped it for 3 seconds pulled straight out and dipped back for another 3 seconds but had to make sure the back part didn't fold cuz it will quick. But it worked the 2nd time too.Hope this helps and works for yall too.I would definitely purchase again as it was simple, easy, didn't have any taste or smell like others I've experienced, and loved the redip to save the tray. It helped a lot.

I was looking for a way to use my teeth whitening gel to get the most coverage for my teeth and read the good reviews for these. I like how you can mold them to fit your teeth so they are not a one-size-fits-all solution. It's also great that they come with 2 pairs, so you have an extra set in case you mess up or lose the first set.

Too bulky for me.
