Great replacement for my carriers standard equipment. It was easy to setup, has great connectivity, and has performed exactly as needed.

I've been using this for over a year with AT&T DSL service, and it works great!! I've never had a dropped connection or had to reset the router (my last router would drop my connection at least once a week, and I had to reset it constantly). Super happy with this purchase!

If there was a 0 that would be my rating. The network code given to us would not accept the password given to us. We could not even get the modem to work without the password. I will never deal with a third party company again. I had to PAY shipping to receive this item and also PAY shipping to return item. I believe this was a scam from receipt to return. A lot of my money (two shipping fees) and my time was wasted dealing with your company or so called company!!!

Product worked liked a charm. Followed instructions exactly and modem connected without issue. Unfortunately AT&T would not remove equipment charge. Have complained to Federal Trade Commission and State Attorney but I won't hold my breath for relief.

Works great for a cheap model.

I had this up and running in less than 10 minutes! Easy install, just plug and play. I disconnected the cables from my previous modem directly into my new modem then checked to verify my personal settings and security and that was that. Easy Peasy!UPDATE: After using this modem for a week. I found to have constant Internet disconnects and reconnects. I'm having it returned for a refund and re-connecting my old modem to use.

AT&T has limited access to fiber optics for so many customers. This does NOT work with DSL, only the Uverse fiber optics. Older DSL units were set up by logging into the modem and entering your account. This is designed to “plug and play” as well as giving the S/N to AT&T to activate. The product says it works with either DSL or Uverse but riptide will NOT work with just the older DSL service. What a shame that customers have to pay and endure twenty year old equipment with no way to improve their signal or wireless. Looks like I will go to plan “B” to help my friend. When are we ALL going to have high speed internet access in this country. A pox on AT&T and Spectrum for not making internet more reasonable, accessible and better.
