I just recieved this today, and I'm so happy I can finally stop being bloated after eating food and finally my abs workout can pay off.Was tired and almost gave up that there can't be a low carb alternative to wheat and that I'll never be able to get the results I wanted. As much as I care about my health, this has been the best gift I got myself, will order more.

Oats fiber is very interesting product. We are adding it to almost all out flours and recipes and the out is perfect. Probably because of the texture of the product. Really happy i tried.

U can just use it to blend it in smoothies. Too loose powdery. It's not coarse in substance. U can also use it in your facepack girls😀 gives instant radiance.

Tried the product last week. Must say it is very good. Superb fine texture and works very well with regular flours to help reduce calories and keeps me full😊
