we were trying to order 1x2 inch Direct thermal label rolls but we did a mistake while selecting items on cart and added 3x2 inch rolls instead of 1x2 inch rolls.we got a replacement.

Very cheap quality don't buy waste of many and time..

It did not meet expectations, and I returned it over 24 days ago. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my refund. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Printing is not crisp. No protection layer on the sticker.
Does the job. But the print is not crisp. It doesn't have any protection layer on top of the sticker. Just a scratch with finger will create black marks. I Don't recommend this.
