Put the cage in a food cupboard as mouse was eating the food. I put oats on the plate inside and a little trail leading inside and it caught the mouse, then I let it outside and it ran away like a bat out of hell. Other mousetraps are too small to catch an adult mouse so this cage is the right size. They need to build a bigger cage for rats though because their tails are long. Rats and mice like oats and boiled eggs. Good quality and easy to use. Although I have bought other cages they were ineffective as they were the wrong design so didn't work so I recommend this product.

These are cheap yes but the quality is not great in my opinion very small better of to spend a little more and buy better ones

did the job use bait and peanut butter

Only had these traps out for 12hours and caught two rats that were impossible to catch with other traps I had purchased, I left a small piece of chocolate outside the trap and a piece inside the trap and it got the job done. The good thing about these traps is a bar slides down once the door has closed to insure they can't get out again, would definitely recommend these as I have tried multiple types before and they were not upto the job

Traps are ok, but no cleaning brush! Also no packaging, label stuck on outside of box! Everyone knows exactly what I bought. Not happy

No instructions but easy to work out. Wanted to catch a bunny that’s in my garden but caught 2 mice instead (see pictures). So, it works, but you can’t guarantee catching what you want ;-)

Easy to set up and has done the job in less than a day. I was reluctant to buy it, I thought a squirrel wouldn't fit in.
