This made a great addition to my friends wardrobe. Once he was done sailing the globe and parading about, he returned it to its rightful owner. (see photos)I love not spending a fortune on gear just for the name brand. This is a great buy for those in need of a canon lens hood replacement. I've been learning food photography and product placement and I was concerned that I would stick the lens in food while I try to stay in the moment of taking a photo often heeding no warning from a pastry's crumbly passions.As stated by others, the lens hood is tight (not loose on a 18-150mm Canon EF-M lens). Construction is durable plastic although I dare not drop it to test it. The Color seems to match the Canon M6 Mark II in black with the speckled coloring. I have yet to use it outside but will leave a more detailed review if it turns out to be anything other than what is expected.Good customer service from the seller. They include a sheet asking for feedback and aiming to please! Thanks guys!

Fits well, but no inside cloth as the original one. Anyway, nice alternative with cheap price.

Perfect fit
The lens hood does exactly what it's supposed to do and protects my front element. It feels well-constructed and threads on securely in both orientations. Can't ask for more.
