I expected this hamper to come in a large box already in shape. It actually came in a smaller box leaving it very misshapen. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and have not been successful in getting it to take shape. Also, it is not lined to protect it from dirty laundry so I had to put a trash bag in it. Very disappointed.

I needed something to hold the extra blanket and pillows that my husband uses. This is the perfect solution for not having them laying around!

This is the prettiest hamper I've ever had....but I wouldn't buy it again. It comes flat....you have to open it up, stretch it this way and that and hope it eventually becomes the shape you see in the photo of it! I've had it for months but it's still funny shaped. I work on it...but it's still stiff and lopsided looking.

Must steam it first to shape it, though totally worth it!!

I bought this to use as a clothes hamper and I loved the sophisticated shape of it. Unfortunately, it is very poorly packaged and when you take it out of the packaging, it does not hold its shape. I’m really sad because I was so looking forward to upgrading my existing hamper. This just looks odd in my bedroom as it’s all lumpy and lopsided. Very disappointed ):

This is a nice product. It is pretty and the size was what I wanted. It does have some trouble keeping its shape at the base. bends out after it is standing up for awhile.

We needed a large basket or hamper to fit afghans and pillows in our family room. This looks perfect in the room and it fits a good amount of items.Other reviews and submitted photos show the product deformed due to packaging. These reviews are pretty accurate in that it does come all folded up in a bag, including the lid, all folded up also. The video with the product on Amazon shows the product being steamed.I do not have a steamer, so here is what I did: We have a weighted blanket that I put at the bottom for stability. Then I loaded it with pillows and blankets to fill it out. After all, that is what we bought it for. For the lid, I simply turned it upside down on an ironing board and ironed and steamed it on max heat/steam setting. Since it is all cotton, it should be able to handle this, and it did. The lid now fits nicely on top of the basket.Over all I am happy with the product and if you fill it out with soft items and spend 5 minutes ironing the lid, it should look nice.

We love our hamper basket. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and holds more than a weeks worth of dirty laundry for a couple.

After a month of using this basket, I am very happy with my purchase. Great size (it is large) and looks great. To get it into shape I used an iron.

Nice but had to fill with towels at the bottom of yhe basketo make it stand properly and to shape it, so i lost about half the dept of the basket
