I am extremely pleased with these ink cartridges. They installed easily and there were no hiccups related to the fact that they aren't HP products (there was one popup notice which I just clicked right through.) The color seems to be just fine on the page and -- best of all -- the price is reasonable. After all, ink cartridges are some plastic and some ink. There is absolutely no reason that the "original" or name brand product should be so expensive. These Miss Deer cartridges are a quality product at a reasonable price.When I saw how well they are working, I ordered a second set to have on hand when the first set begins to be used up.These are a good find. Highly recommend.

UPDATE 11/20:At first I was doing ok with these inks, but I was only using the color because I still had my old HP black cartridge. Now I had to replace the black and it is NOT going well. One the printer wouldn't even recognize, it just said I was missing the cartridge. So I tried another one. Blank smears even after two cleanings, and splotches of extra ink in other places. Wasted so much paper trying to troubleshoot and I'm giving up. Off to try another brand because HP is still too expensive. I just hope this hasn't damaged the printer itself because I've gotten fond of it.Original review:It's working out OK. I find I have to clean my printheads often to keep it working but I'm not taking off too many stars for that because it could well be an issue with my printer since the trouble predates these cartridges. All that cleaning is a waste of time and paper, doesn't use too much ink though, and frankly the price difference from the real HP cartridges is huge enough to justify whatever headache may come along. Unfortunately for Mother Earth, this is the age of disposable printers, and I'm just trying to make mine last as long as I can without losing too much money in the ink.Frankly if I needed serious graphics then I wouldn't be using a Black Friday printer with cheap generic ink. But for my purposes - home and small business, including some casual photo printing - it's good enough. When I want professional quality pictures, I order from printing services.

This ink did not work in my printer, but I bought it quite a while ago. The seller immediately refunded my purchase price, even though I threw the ink away and had nothing to return. I left a pretty negative comment originally, but what I should have done was communicate with the seller. Based on the feedback in the comment, they searched for a more reliable product that did not have the same issue I had. I should have given them the option to do that prior to leaving a negative review. Especially since their customer service efforts have been none other than top notch! I have not tried the product again since I bought a different printer, but I would probably give it another shot, based solely on the communication from the seller.

[MINUS Star #1] - One of the Cyan (blue) cartridges stopped working after a day or 2 after install. The other works. So not totally in the weeds. But I didn’t get what I paid for.[MINUS Star #2] - Seller doesn’t give direct contact info, which stops us buyers from being able to, pragmatically, give them the heads-up and the opportunity to correct it before having to write a bad review. “Product support” is offered, but it’s a phone call. What a hassle... I’d really rather write a quick message and let them get back to me. [MINUS Star #3] - Ink from all of the cartridges seems to have gone quicker than usual. It looks like they pump out way more ink than normal because the paper always looks saturated and lumpy and the cartridges are emptying sooner than normal.———————/——————-**ORIGINAL REVIEW**HP cartridges kept giving error codes. Replaced them with these and no error codes have come up. Ironic because HP is such a bully when it comes to consumables, especially printer ink.

This is really a great product. I just installed the ink with no problem whatsoever. Thanks the price was great. Whenever I order compatible ink there was always an issue. I am very impressed until I ordered another set. Great seller. Very smooth transaction
