I was skeptical, as I am with most things on the internet. Felt a difference the first day. I used it daily for a week and could definitely tell a difference in my lungs and respiratory system. The media could not be loaded. I know something about elite immune boosters. Chemotherapy bombs one's immune system (first hand experience) and the body needs all the help it can get to fight off everyday simple diseases and infections.
