No after sales services, camera never worked
Camera isn’t getting any power, tried calling and writing to CP plus but they asked me to download an app and go to their service station. When I tried returning it to Amazon it directs you to connect with CP plus or self diagnose. No after sales services and camera becomes a show piece

good 360 degree coverage easy to install
Good indoor camera but again the MIC option should have option to disable it. You cannot talk freely when the camera is ON. its a big flaw from CP PLUS else WIFI cameras are my fav you don't need much cabling just an electrician in case you don't have power at the required point. DIY cameras with technical a bit of technical flaws

It is great but needs buggy
Camera connects easily, Quality is Good, Features are great, picture quality is around 720p. Overall the camera is great but the only problem is that after some time it goes offline in the app and can't can't be accessed unless you restart the camera manually. But the recording keeps on going even if the camera shows offline in the app. This is a software problem which may be solved further.Also to mention, I use ethernet cable instead of Wifi because the camera is very far away from wifi so don't know if the problem is in ethernet only or wifi too.
