My new Favourite
I have used several toners over the years but non of them come close to the benefits of this one. I love the retro/vintage look of the label and the use of glass bottles which cuts back on plastic waste. I lost my sense of smell several years ago but my husband did comment that the Rose smell is quite strong. This is not a problem for me because I cannot smell but it might be too strong for some people. I now use the Rose Water toner in the mornings and the Lavender Water toner before going to bed. Some comments have said that there is no security seal on the box. While this was true for my items, there are in actuality not many products that do have security seals and it does not matter to me if it had one or not. I doubt anyone in an Amazon warehouse are going to interfere with a beauty product.

Beautiful scent
This rose water smells lovely. I decanted some into a small spray bottle and took it in my hand luggage on a long haul flight. It was perfect to spray on my face during the flight to help counteract the dry environment and freshen up. I also used it on my hair after washing, it made the ends feel less crinkly after being in the sun and lovely smelling hair was a bonus. Will definitely keep using this rose water - it’s good value and can be used for so many things.

No seal
This product has no kind of safety seal on in, and as such I don't feel happy to put it on my face. Unfortunately that means I have effectively thrown £9 down the drain. The product smells nice, but that is about the only thing I can say.

Stunning!
**daughter’s review** beautiful rose water. It smells divine! I added some vegetable glycerin to the rose water in a spray bottle and spritz it on my face every morning and evening, sometimes as a make up setting spray. Will buy again!

Organic, vegan, cruelty free - and not just for women...
I ordered this product for my partner who's been using Bulgarian rose water for some time. He uses it to close the facial pores as an alternative to aftershave. He has oily, blemish prone skin and quickly started using rose water all over his face as he found it complemented his skin well and seemed to make it less oily and consequently less prone to spots.By now, he knows his rose water - and he particularly likes this Rose & Skin Bulgarian Rose Water. He said it smelled great - and it does. It actually smells of roses. A transparent liquid, this is simply packaged in a clear glass bottle with a matte silver toned screw topped cap. The label matches the outer box which looks very good with its pattern of stylised roses and mustard yellow interior. It looks high end - and would be perfect for gifting.Women can use this as a skin toner. But this is also a very effective cleanser. Used with cotton wool, I was surprised by its deep cleansing properties. Best of all, Rose & Skin's Bulgarian Rose Water - organic, vegan and cruelty free - is suitable for all skin types. And the price? At time of writing this product is £14 for 150ml. It is the case that cheaper versions are available and I was toying with a 4 star rating purely down to price but my partner - the real expert in this house on Bulgarian Rose Water - said Rose & Skin was the best he'd had and worth the money.

Smells really lovely
Really lovely smelling rose water. Exceptional quality 100% bulgarian rose distillate.Great for applying to the face as a toner, leaves skin feeling fresh clear. I have also used this in my diffuser for a subtle rose scent in the house.Only downside is the price, it is nicely presented in a glass bottle with floral labelling and a box, doesn’t seem expensive at first at just under £10 (at the time of review) but is only 150ml and works out around £66/litre. There are other perfectly good rose waters available at half price or less. Great item but a bit let down on price.

Average.
I was expecting much better. Its an average rose water with an average fragrance, nothing special and I've had similar at a fraction of the price in larger bottles. It does leave skin feeling refreshed after cleansing with a cream or oil based cleanser. I find it is best used as a facial spray to co your face down. I have fibromyalgia and my body temp control goes haywire which means I'm often having hot flushes much like what happe8when a lady goes through the menopause. Using the rose water in a spray helps to give me an instant colling and fresh feel but so does filtered chilled water. If you're a fan of rose water there's plenty around that are better value.
