THE BEST mastectomy bra I've found, -- after several other purchases. I ordered nine more! Selected one size up, based on reviews. Bra stays in place all day. No tugging or adjusting. The cup pockets are large enough to accommodate prosthetics. Very comfortable design. Extender was included, which actually enhances the comfort and stability. Good lift. No seams to show through clothing. Excellent coverage. Great fabric and quality construction. Bottom band does not roll, nor ride up. Straps are comfortable and don't slide off the shoulder, with ample adjustable length. -- THANK YOU Polreta!!

Very nice. Run a little small

I purchased bras in size 34-36 before my mastectomy. so I purchased this bra in size 36C in the pink color. The bra itself is very nice, and my Athleta and Busted Tank size C prostheses fit in the bra just fine. BUT, the band is definitely too short unless I use the accompanying extender. I don't want a bra where I need to use an extender! The bra is listed as 80 centimeters (31.5 inches), but that measurement is only accurate if you include the extender. The band on this bra does not stretch as much as some other brands, so accuracy in band size is highly important for this Polrenta bra. I am considering purchasing this in the 85 centimeter size, but that would cost me 25% more than what I paid for the 36C (since I bought the 36C on a Prime Day promotion). I recommend that you add 2 to 4 inches to your normal size when buying this bra.

I bought this bra for my elderly mother who had her mastectomy 45 years ago. She has always paid a lot of money through the years for bras that never fit her prosthesis correctly and she always had to revamp them. I decided to try this for her and it works great. It has wide side panels so no spillage and a nice panel in the front for discrete coverage. The pocket is like an envelope so it works better than slide in pockets. I ended up purchasing 3 because they worked so well for her and a great cost also.

I bought this previously but at the wrong size. The size purchased seems to fit great. First time having a thin liner around the chest area. Hope I will like it. This bra has a wide band. Since I've gained weight and am older now, I really like the wide band. Included is also a 4 inch section of additional band with hooks and eyes in case you need it. I haven't worn it an entire day yet, but it felt appropriate when I tried it on. I also tried it on with a colored t-shirt with a design. I wanted to see if any seams showed through the top. I don't want seams showing through the material. And, none showed through. So, far, I'm happy.

The bra fits pretty good, but you need everything to be soft after having a Double Mastectomy.

I ordered the bra two different times, different sizes, but both sizes ran small, with an even small pocket for the prosthesis.I’ve decided to order another bra to give me the comfort and support that is needed.

I have tried numerous mastectomy bras and finally found this one. I had a left mastectomy and am a full C cup. I love the fact that it comes up high on the sides so it holds in any above band extra skin to give a smooth contour. Also, the fact that the cups are lined hides the nipple that is on so many prothesis's. It gives a beautiful, natural silhouette, especially in tee shirts. The clincher for me was that the soft, sheer part is very comfortable over my port, unlike other bras that dig into it. Buy this bra. I now have three!
