Great product
Very clear and easy to follow instructions for assembly. Now fitted on the wall and it looks great and workswell no more manually trying to roll up a hose

I have an older one and the recoil spring won’t work but I won’t open it as I’ve read this can be dangerous.

Soft screws, and thin overhanging plastic prevents proper access to screws when fitting
Expensive piece of poor quality. When attaching the soft metal screws to a brick wall there is restricted access to the screw heads which strip easily. Yes I used a 7mm drill, yes I have a brick wall. Plastic feels thin. I cannot be bothered to get the thing off the wall for a refund. I wish I knew a better quality brand than Hozelock for garden hose stuff.

Bit fiddly to fix it on the wall because of given screws. I used my own screws.
Self winding hose and length of the hose (40 meters) reaches both my front and rear garden.
