for a budget protein powder this is great, tastes deep and rich and contains more protein than other brands. i wouldn't recommend protein powder in general for beginners. this is very valuable for the money and gets absorbed without any digestive problems. it's authentic and effective and mixable very much. if it causes digestive issues or smells like something else other than chocolate then immediately return it and get a new one

Ok, I have seen many reviews and found them to be very wiered.1. People complaining abt shaker2. People complaining about sugar3. People complaining about taste and mixabilityAnswers1. People complaining about shaker etc , this section of.people shud be ignored as they consider whey protein and mass gainer are the same.2.people complaining abt sugar , have never seen the ingredients, where it clearly mentioned per serve = 2 grms of sugar and 0 added sugar . Where Optimum Nutrition has per serve 1 grm sugar. ON costs 7000 , brave costs 2500Just comparing on sheer basis of sugar stuff raised with in the reviews.3. The taste is decent , and mixability is not very great. All u have to do is , shake it for another 30.seconds .. that shud do . Don't be lazy.And finally, its 35 grm protien per scoop . The ratio is great.Suggestion : If the Brave guys can post the lab report , that will gain more tractionFinally, do some basic research before posting any review.

Shaker is broken very bad. And I got wrong flavour instead of chocolate, I got vanilla. But product is ok ok. And shaker which I got is fit muscle which is broken and not good quality.

I had order whey protein chocolate flavour I scoop I consumed it's taste like horrible.....even when will mixed in water powder is gathering together and it's very taste less.....even I call customer service but they are telling it can be change or refund........I am regular buyer from Amazon but 2nd time it happen to me.....will never buy from amazon
