This is a great watch. It is preset to the accurate time, and all one has to do is set the time zone. It automatically winds its way until it reaches the right time zone. (It is set to Eastern time and we needed Pacific Time). It is not possible for my mom to change the time or preset date. Great feature. It is not too loud. My Mom has hearing aids and it took a bit to get used to what the voice was saying. She has trouble with her sight so the watch face is readable for her, and she can use the buttons to also hear the time or date. Hopefully she will now know what day or time it is and not go too early or late to meals. The watch itself is well made, and the band fit her wrist perfectly. She has a good sized wrist.This company has done a good job making a great product that has really helped us out. Thank you.! Aging and or vision loss is tough and giving independence back to those who experience it is wonderful.Read the information about the watch as this particular one is only for North America as it stated.I would highly recommend this product. Delivery was very fast and efficient.

The watch is easy to read and sets itself! It is a bit thicker than other talking watches but not too much. I had to replace the expansion watch band as it was too large for my 95 yr old mother's wrist. I bought a Folmosa brand link type watch band as they are easy to adjust and install.Edit:The watch does not adjust for change from DST. Instructions were followed but no success.Edit:After receiving help from the seller, the watch was successfully updated.
