Bought this for my holiday a year ago and it is still in perfect working condition. When this is fully charged I have been able to fully charge my phone when it’s been low about 3 times at least until I have to recharge the battery pack again making it have a big charging capacity. It also charges quickly with it having a lot of power and very durable all together. It’s very easy to use just make sure you have your own cables for this and it has a simple design to it and not over the top. It is a little bit weighty for the size of it but nothing no could really handle honestly.

I love this, is always in my purse and I use it most days. I have purchased it a while ago and it is still in new condition. Great quality and built, light, portable and small! Perfect battery life and it charges my phone very quick.

Old powerbank of the same model died after being dropped on wooden floor. Still holds charge but does not seem to charge anything anymore.Bought another as a replacement, charging capacity is great and small design makes it quite portable to take around with you. Will buy again and have recommended to friends and family.

Great little gadget. Charges my watch and phone faster than when I plug into wall. A little heavy for carrying every day but a must when away from home.

Already have it's larger 30k brother (27k net) so I trust this brand, but my goodness this is half the size but 2/3 the capacity, so I was a bit skeptical if it could have 20k. With so many power banks claiming absurb capacity, this one (like it's bigger brother) states the correct capacity, come to 18k net, which close enough is 20k. Had a 10k from another make that was 4k net and another 10k which Amazon no longer allows to sell was actually 10k net. Any negatives? Maybe that every port is fast charge (larger brother has 2 USB for slower charge), and the USB c charge function a bit hit and miss. Tried to charge a phone with two way charge, the phone ended up charging the power Bank! Didn't have this issue with the 30k one. Full 5 stars recommend on this!*UPDATE currently awaiting seller to troubleshoot (or replace item) an error with the powerbank, was using it at 46%, suddenly just stopped working, shows a 188% error, now completely dead! I had countless powerbanks before, and while they hold less charge over time, this is the first one that has completely failed after less than a year!*Seller got in touch and dispatched replacement that works fine

PEOPLE - BUY BELKIN!After this VEGER junk went back, I paid extra and bought BELKIN 20,000 mAh. The difference compared to the VEGER is night and day. I fully charged it and it charged my Iphone 12 and still had the 4 LED's lit up! I've charged another phone and Steel Series headset and still 3 LED's left in the power bank, it really is a superb piece of kit.I have sent 3 emails to Veger asking for a PDF with clear instructions regarding this powerbank and no one has bothered to reply. What does that tell you about their service and product?Like most on here, the on/off button does not work, Iphone does not fully charge, the digital screen has a mind of its own, It really is nothing but cheap junk!I have tried several times to contact Veger and no one cares or even bothers to make contact.This unit is nothing more than a pile of junk, which is going back.Pay the extra folks and buy Belkin. Based on this experience with a 'VEGER' product, together with their nonexistent customer service, I would never buy anything VEGER, again!

I have purchased 5,6 different mobile power banks but after purchasing this one i will say if i ever need to buy a power bank i will 100% prefer this power bank.This power bank have amazing fast charging you just need to buy a good cable that supports fast charging and you are good to go. I have dropped this many time but it’s build quality is superb and charge my mobile very fast. At first i am using it with my redmi note 9 pro phone but now i am charging my iphone 16 pro max with it and I never face any problem with it. This one is Best ever power bank you can get on amazon.
