Great Option For Built-in Cords & Spinner Wheels
I've used this hand truck for various things, but most recently, I used it as a base for a piece of non-traditional luggage that doesn't have wheels. We went on a cruise, and for the first time in years, we drove to the port instead of flying, which meant I could take an oddly sized bag that I wouldn't normally be able to fly with. But I still needed it to roll. This thing did the trick, and it did it well.It wound up doing quite a bit of rolling around...not just on the ship, but through the port, the parking structure, the street, and even over old railroad tracks. It performed perfectly well. Due to having all "spinner" (360 degree rotating) wheels, I was able to PUSH it in front of me and/or roll it alongside me most of the time, which is much easier on your arm, especially over extended periods of time.Fortunately, my bag did have trolley slips built onto it, so I didn't need to utilize the bungee cords that are built-in this time. Because of that, a few times, they would rub against the wheels, somewhat impeding the wheels from rolling as smoothly....BUT when I got home, I took a better look at it, and it seems that was due to how I had wrapped them. So be mindful of that and make sure you don't do it wrong, too. I'd never had that problem before, so that should have been a clue for me on the trip. That is the only "issue" I've ever had with this little dolly other than the handle doesn't "lock" into place when folded up, so you have to hold it so that stays in its spot. That being said, looking at the listing pics again, it appears that if I had the bungee cords wrapped differently, they should hold the handle down in place. So that may be due to user error as well. In my defense, though, if it were clearer how they were intended to go, I wouldn't have either of those issues.I HAVE used the bungee cords that are built in before, mostly for securing a folding tote to it (quite a few times), and this does work as intended. They're a bit tighter than I would prefer, meaning cords with more stretchiness would have been even better, but they do function as intended, at least as long as they will reach around what you're trying to secure. If they were too stretchy, they might not wrap back up at the right length to properly fit in the slots for them and/or have too much slack, so I can see how that could be a negative and why the manufacturer chose what they did. In retrospect, I'd probably just prefer to use non-attached cords or straps, but if you're wanting something with them built-in, then this is probably the one for you. Ironically, it's one of the reasons I originally picked this model, so I recommend thinking about it long and hard. Do you REALLY want built-in straps? If the answer is yes, then this is a great, lightweight hand truck with "spinner" wheels.

Perfect!
So far, this little lightweight hand truck is exactly what I wanted. I have a Roxy suitcase that I LOVE, but it only has 2 wheels and they're very loud when rolling. I've been traveling a lot, and wanted 4 spinners. Originally, I thought I could just add them to my suitcase, but it would ruin it. This hand truck is perfect, not heavy, and big enough to also carry my purse. This isn't meant for hauling bulky, heavy items. You'll need a more heavy duty one for that. But for carry-on luggage 🧳, it's just right! Will update after my trip to Hawaii.

Great for travel but does get stuck folding back down
I used this for my car seat going through the airport. It worked wonderful! But the only problem I had was that I can’t get it to fully fold back down because I think the lock got pushed in or something but overall loved it. I just wish I could get it to fold back down flat. I think it’s worth the money. I would just be cautious if you do travel with it that it could get stuck or locked in place. it is very sturdy. The wheels work very well without getting stuck on anything, overall like the design. Wish it could fold back down easier.

Great little back saver!
This is the perfect size I need for making my deliveries! It's a little on the flimsy looking side, but so far it has held up GREAT! I deliver packages and needed something that I could just stow away in my car until I need it and thus has absolutely been perfect for me. It surprisingly holds more weight than I really expected out of it. I love that it has bungee cords attached to it, to strap packages down tight, they held up even going up stairs. You know how we all just LOVE those upstairs apartment complexes that order 2 40 lb bags of dog food at a time! Haha be good to yourself and get this!

Level cart
Unlike the typical fold up hand cart, this keeps the load level. It seems rather sturdy and appears capable of handling heavy loads. We use it carry a 22 pound dog in a carrier through airports. The dog does fine, and the cart seems pretty good. Good value.

Very useful product
I love this! It's nice and compact for traveling and storage. I've used it to transport large pet carriers, heavy cartons, garden mulch. Love that the wheels are multi directional. Highly recommend

Wobbly handle
The handle is wobbly, not fixed, and I can’t get it to tilt, either. Love the bunjee cords.
