I have a medela pump in style maxflow and the Manuel Mandela pump and the flange inserts fits in both flanges (comes with both inserts). It feels comfortable and easy to put in as well, fits snug so you know they wont easily slip out and comfortable when pumping. Only downfall i would say is that it’ not clear to line up the pump out you can definitely feel the tugging still. I would recommend to buy to have a better fit for the flanges.

I bought these as a backup, I usually use the momcozy ones and they are still my preference but I use these when those are dirty and I don’t want to take the time to wash and sterilize that moment. They fit my Medela flanges snug, however they are a loose fit for both my Ameda, and my MC V1. They do the job but they move with the pump whereas my MC ones don’t.

They helped a lot with my breast I have little nipples and my breast pump is 24mm it was so uncomfortable but the I got this and it helped pump a lot.

Just what I needed. They fit perfectly in my Ameda Mya Joy breast pump and provided a more comfortable pumping experience.
