Sturdy construction- but plan ahead!
I chose the DC version and regret it, as DC light controllers have far fewer choices and of course- tend to cost more than the common AC light controllers. Plan ahead, based on what you wish to use it for. This one is for a set for a youtube channel/podcast thing. There are no instructions because it's not meant for people who don't know what they are doing. It's for people who understand it has to be wired to a controller or some other application to make them function.I had to remove the lowest light from mine and find what was loose and rattling around inside- there was a plastic cover for an internal component that came off. Simple fix, four screws. All in all, despite wishing I had the AC version instead- it's a decent light fixture and made quite durable. I think the price is a little more than it should be, maybe, unless it had an internal controller.
