I purchased these for my spectra. My usual session gets 5 oz with a 24 mm flange. I used these 21 mm inserts and got 8.5 oz in one session! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I will order more for my Momcozy.

Comfy but not clear
I like these a lot I just wish they were clear. The material is very comfortable on my skin but it is hard to get your nipple centered.
