I put this in my kids pancakes, muffins, and cookies and they never complain and it truly helps with digestion!

I use this product in smoothies for my twins daily. They are 2.5 and love them! The digestion aid also helps keep them on a regular schedule and that helped significantly when potty training.

This milled mix is amazing ! We sprinkle a little on yogurt or mash avocado. Also roll hard to grip fruits in it . Using daily for all those benefits even mama uses it ! Highly recommend for the health benefits it provides for those tiny little brains .

I use it for my granola bar and veggie muffin recipes. It makes me feel better know they are getting some health benefits. All ingredients are listed on the back of the packaging, no extra ingredients were added. It’s easy to add into the mix.

This was incredibly helpful with my picky eater toddler during potty training. Helps with initial constipation and made the transition seamless! Works well.

I mix this into oatmeal, yogurt or roll fruit in it. Baby like it and I like the added nutrients!

If i could give more starts i would. My almost 3 year old has dealt with hard stool since she was a baby. I tried this before but this time i used It more often and holy moly it’s been maybe a month of giving It to her daily and she’s now going regularly with zero discomfort and eating so good, no longer picky and leaving unfinished food. Highly recommend
