Works pretty good. It works best when you have the sweet sweat stick to rub on your belly then put the waist trimmer on. You will definitely see some sweat once you're done with a good cardio workout.

I have purchased this several times on Amazon and it is a good product. Things you should know is that you WILL sweat a lot when you combine the cream with the waist trimmer and possibly get the oil/cream on your clothes. I usually like to use this when I am more bloated than normal and it works like a charm. II have also noticed on hotter days I tend to get more overheated than usual when I wear this doing exercise so something to be mindful of. It won't snatch your waist when you have it on and it actually makes you look larger around the midsection when on.
