I have a lot of small runner rugs that I needed to have cleaned. Thought about buying a larger rug cleaner but for the amount of usage, it would not have been worth it. This product is just right and does a great job of cleaning. Comes with liquid for cleaning and can get products to use for replacement of the cleaners. Only issue I have is that you have to bend over to use this product, but I just sit down on my step stool and works just right so I don't get back issues. Also works on the stairway rugs as it is small enough to work in cleaning, light enough to carry and put down as you clean, and strong enough to do the rug cleaning. Just have to remember that the rugs will take some time to dry so keep that in mind as you clean. Also instruction on machine are very helpful and cleaning out the machine is simple. Glad I bought this product after reading reviews on it.

Getting this little machine ready takes less than five minutes and gives you and hour of cleaning messes, depending on how much liquid you use in an area. I have two cats that make messes on couches and rugs and once a month, I will use this machine and everything looks good as new.It's also great for your upholstery in the car. I do some dog-walking, and it picks up all the dirt and mud that they track into my backseat area. Great at pulling out all the spilled coffee as well.The water always looks terrible, but it's because it does such a great job.

The spray and vacuuming power of this device are just about what you’d expect for a machine of this size and price. My biggest complaints are that the vacuum heads are hard to clean out, and it’s not easy to make sure all the liquid has been properly drained.

I bought this unit because I have two dogs under 3, two kids under 10, and a cat with a sensitive stomach. Moving from a house with all hard floors to one with carpet made this a MUST!This unit is light enough to be able to be carried about from spot to spot (especially empty), but sturdy enough that you aren’t going to accidentally tip it over. It’s solid base assists with that. I’ve used units in that past that are far too top heavy and we’re able to easily knock over.I also appreciate the squat height of the unit. It also has pretty solid amounts of water and formula that I can use it pretty consistently for about 10-15 minutes before it runs out.The dual brush heads are easy to use and swap out. Additionally, the unit is fairly easy to clean. That said, careful what basin you drain it into - this thing WILL pick up any pet hair that’s still in the surface. The cord is also a great convenient length.The only cons is that the dirty water basin isn’t necessarily intuitive to empty, so read the instructions. It’s super easy, but just read the instructions.Overall, I’m super impressed with the power, versatility, size and cleaning of this little unit. For the price I CANNOT complain!

I have a male Yorkie that marks all over the bottom of my couch. I used this cleaner and run along the bottom of my couch to get his gross pee off my furniture. I started baby gating my living room off from him but he still sneaks in. I run this thing on my furniture about once a month. It is easy to work and works well.

We got this for accidents during potty training, and still use it to this day. The suction power is awesome and have had zero issues. Use it for spot cleaning but could easily handle larger messes.
