After 1 day of use I almost gave this 4 stars due to the user interface , i don’t care for it and it seams lacking. But for the price and how well it works so far I’ll give it 5 stars due to. The tuner is very sensitive with even the small included antennas. I live in a tv market where I receive a lot of strong signals and a lot of weak ones . This tuner pulls in about 20 more usable Chanel’s than the tuner in my tv or both of my more expensive pc tv tuners . Received fast and was easy to set up. But as I said the interface isn’t that good ,I’d like more flexibility, like being able change the order of listings or where I save the recordings. So far the recordings seems to do a good job as well . Would highly recommend

Works as advertised to see video but I’ve never been able to get any audio. I’ve tried it on 3 different Android devices and have waited through 4 different app updates and it still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.

This item works but currently it's pretty limited for me. The included antennas don't really pull in that many stations though I can normally pull in at least a few more stations when I use just about any inexpensive antenna with the TVs in my home. When I first wrote up my review for this item, I had not yet tried to use this item outdoors where the signals would likely be better but that is more so due to a limitation and irritation -- the USB C plug for this device isn't very long and won't make proper contact with my cell phone resulting in the need to buy an extension cable that can be used to make the port more accessible (the problem is that the case that I use on my phone blocks the area around the USB C port and prevents this item from making the close contact that is needs/wants there).Later I took this device and one of my tablet type devices outside and gave this device another try. As expected it picked up about 19 more channels. It still missed (in my opinion) several stations that I think it should have pulled in, but it did better than when I was first testing it as I had gone from 5 stations to 24 stations. If I were closer to the broadcast towers I expect it would pull in more stations as well but it does still seem to me that the antennas that are included are not that great and won't pull in a strong signal because they are relatively small and just not getting as much of the signal as you need.I did try this on a couple of different Android devices and got the same 5 channels on both of those devices. The picture was clear, the sound was good on both of those. The application ran without issues (other than needing to see the device plugged in) for me.I have ordered a cable that is reportedly frequently ordered with this device that I hope would perhaps let me connect up a more traditional antenna and connection. Hopefully that cable does work for that and if so I will get to scan and see if I can find more signals even when I am indoors.

I bought this a few months ago while searching for a solution to watch TV on my S8 Tablet. I am amazed at the size and quality of the build.I did have an issue with recommended application in that there was no audio. The reviews on Google indicated the sound worked with the previous version of PadTV. I downloaded v 108 from one of the version sites and it has been working great.

If your device has a case you will need a USB C extender just to plug it in. After installing the app, I was not able to find any channels at all. It comes with a small loop antenna and another one with tiny rabbit ears that attaches with a wire. I tried them both, but could not find any channels after scanning. I get OTA channels just fine with a cheap antenna on my TV. Same results on phone and tablet.

I was looking for a pocket digital TV whe I cross path with this little device, and quickly I said why not, cheaper and I could use my phone, so no additional space taken on my bug out bag. I just test this and works wonderful with my OnePlus 11. I read other reviews stating that sound its not working but as today october 2024, the application its just working fine, and installed directly from google play. In my area at first use the Rabbit Antenna to scan for channels And got as much channels as my TV roof anttena. The othe antenna at least on my area varies on reception. I just recommend this gatget, Love It

This item has no audio. Just like everyone else that purchased this item, it doesn't work. I tried downloading from the link the seller included in his advertisement, but the link is broken and the file has been taken down. What good is TV with no sound? I'm returning this POS tomorrow. With so many complaints and returns, Amazon shouldn't allow this to be sold on their website.
