I had an old one that had 2 straps & it kept falling or being uncomfortable. So I tried this one. I used it for an 8 hours shift bartending. It worked great. No pain in my knee. I didn't even realize that I was even wearing it after a while.

Out of all the straps I tried, I liked this one best with its minimalistic look and feel. Was not bulky and it didn’t rub weird. Keeps my knee from buckling and helps when walking up stairs. Hoping to put of a TKR as long as possible.

If you are looking for good support, try something else. The brace moves around quite a bit. Tighten it and it will hurt. I still wear it but more for some stability while I work out or on my ten hour days on my feet at work. I do like it’s light weight feel and it can stay on all day and usually I’m not bothered by it but I do have to move it and adjust it as it slips around quite a bit.

I've only had this thing for a week but so far its worked like magic. Cuts down tendinitis knee pain while playing sports and just in every day activities by a SIGNIFICANT margin. The straps are kinda annoying sometimes in that they don't stick as well as they should, but this doesn't occur to often, and frankly its my only gripe with the product at this point. I love this thing so much that I got another brace for my other knee.

Keeps the patella in place & supported, but it has to be pulled super tight to have any effect, & after about 10mins of wearing it, the pain took over & it became pointless. I still had to limp the rest of the way back to my car from my hike & my knee felt like it was going to explode.

Dealing with patellar tendonitis prior to ordering the knee straps. I tried several different products, and ultimately I liked the donjoy knee straps the best. They provided mild pain relief when the symptoms were at their worse. I have continued using these while I run I did notice I recovered more quickly by using the knee straps. Since the use of the straps, my knee pain is almost completely gone after a few weeks of use. I have been running approximately 20-25 miles a week with the assistance of these straps. I also found the quality of the straps to be greater than the other straps I tested which also had high reviews. The knee straps give great support to the knee cap and patella tendon.I did have a small discomfort behind my leg where the straps were located. I realized I was tightening the straps too much causing the issues. Once i loosed the straps a little the discomfort went away, but they still provided ample support.

This is the 3rd strap in 6 weeks that has broken. It is not durable enough for collegiate athletics. Do not waste your money if your player is physical and is on the floor diving for balls as this is what causes it to break.

It’s small and doesn’t look like it would do anything but this product worked great!
