I ordered this product to replace a component in my HP PageWide Pro 477DW printer. The printer gave me a prompt that the 'service ink container' was full. So I used Google to search what this meant. The answer was to remove the 'full' component and replace it with a new unit (a Duplex Module Assembly). I placed the order and it arrived the next day. I opened the box, removed the full component and inserted the new unit. The whole process took about 2-3 minutes.
