Perfect product with all essential features
Perfect product with all essential features. It does it’s job well. I had fire in my kitchen because if MSEBs voltage fluctuation. I decided to purchase this since then. But I am fully satisfied with its functionalities although I did mock fire. easy to install and good mobile app. Best part is We get call from their Callcenter when smoke alarm.

Cheap product but not reliable
The media could not be loaded. Device disconnects from internet for 2 hours everyday. Not sure what it does and then comes back online on its own. This makes the device unreliable.Bad app. It took us some time to configure and test.Good feature is that you can configure multiple users in family. All receive a notification and call.It has annual subscription of Rs 400 after first year. This is steep and not communicated in advance.

Don't fall for the name Honeywell. Product is not upto the required standards.
It is supposed to be crucial safety item, but it doesn't function as it should be. Alarm volume is too low.App is useless. Most of the times you don't get any notification on your phone. If you get it it's after a long time, even after 2 hours. One is supposed to get a call also, which you don't get.Application is paid app and no where subscription charges are mentioned. You are informed about that after registering the fire alarm.

Bad product
Low sound, not connecting proper with mobile app , didn't expect.. 👎

1 year is free, after that You will have to buy a subscription for getting notifications & calls
The product is good, handy and does the job, the alarm sound however is very low which I didn’t like because in case of fire, it should make a loud loud noise but this one is not good enough. However, the main reason to buy this was wifi connectivity so that I could get mobile notifications which it does. 1 year subscription is free however, after that you will have to pay 199/- for yearly subscription which covers mobile notifications and call alert.One thing that I couldn’t understand, it keeps getting connected and disconnected which seems odd. The network is strong, stable without any conflict and the batteries used to power this up is also new though it’s keeps getting disconnected with the network. In that case only local alarm is useful as it won’t be able to send you mobile notifications. It needs 4 AA batteries. However I would prefer a loud alarm for local alerts and this one for mobile alerts together for sensitive applications.
