Lovely bit of furniture took me approx 2-3 hrs to put it together myself (electric screwdriver a big help!) revolves smoothly & looks great in my teens bedroom, great storage in a small room! The only thing I would note is that the ‘dark walnut’ colour is most definitely black - & I didn’t order incorrectly I checked! You can see in photo it’s not walnut colour by any means. Nevertheless a good solid bookcase for the price so still giving 5 stars 😊 just be aware of the colour when ordering!

I purchased the bookcase as I’d run out of wall space for any more. It comes well packed in a fold out box. One builds it from the top down, so you don’t need a great deal of space - just enough to turn it the right way up. As it’s 6ft tall those of us with height challenges may need a chair to stand on or build across the floor. I built it on my own, but it would be easier with two. It’s well worth reading the instructions as it could easily go wrong.I’m more then happy with the bookcase. It would hold 300 soft backs. I have assorted hardbacks and paperbacks. It is well worth putting the heavy books on the bottom shelves as it does sway slightly when turned. Mine is fully loaded, so it’s probably that.The inside is clear of barriers, so could be used for plants or other collections such as a dolls house or the like.I would have made the screw and holder at its base twice as thick, otherwise it’s great.It’s ideal for anyone with limited space and a wish for a home reading nook.

This bookshelf is an excellent way to save space whilst still looking presentable. Having encountered a lack of storage I fount this to be an affordable means in relation to how I should store my books.The quality of the bookshelf is adjacent to the price, whilst I did not encounter any problems with the wooden planks, once assembled the product seemed to sway a little when turning, however this can be counteracted by filling the bottom shelves with heavy books. That being said, the turning can still be slightly sluggish however this is expected when looking at how the spinning mechanism is designed.The assembly is rather simple, consisting of a large amount of screws as well as repetition. An electric screw driver would make the job a lot simpler, however it is doable with a regular screwdriver albeit whilst suffering a lil wrist pain.Lastly, the shelves do not contain any backing apart from the vertical planks on each side ,meaning stacking the book arrangement can be a lil challenging. However this also allows for decoration.overall, the product is of good value in relation to the cost.

Suits the unused corner space in my child’s bedroom very well! A match made in Heaven! We like the style. The quality is good for the price paid. Once the books were placed on the shelves , it became very sturdy! Pleased!

Came on time, was well labeled, but that's where the joys stopped.Impossible to assemble without an electric screw driver. I've assembled multiple other items with a simple screw driver - this one though... Holes not appropriately sized, some pieces didn't have holes made in them and so had to mark spots and then hammer away. Came so close at so many occasions to just giving up and throwing it all away.Eventually got it done with the electric tool - and once assembled is a good addition to the room. Study enough. Rotates well.

I was original looking for some nice shelf to dipslay my son's lego, couldn't find anything good, and i have found this bookshelf, it's amazing, looks fab, size is soooo good for that price, love how it looks

The media could not be loaded. Obviously mine looks a little squashed right now but that’s due to having kids books in the box next to it so I might actually order another one.I honestly didn’t think I’d get that many books on it so another one will save more room. Putting it together is really simple the saves time if two people do it.

The media could not be loaded. I love it. So many space for books. The seller recommend 2 people to put this together but I managed to do it myself althought it was hard. Took me nearly 4 hours. The holes don't match perfectly to the screws but unless you look closely it shouldn't matter. One of the reviews I read said it does not rotate very well but mine rotates very smoothly
