Opperational Issue resolved with Ease!
We purchased the bread maker last September (2023). No issues what so ever as we just made dough with the machine. This February the machine just stopped working. Rika was responsive with a resolution to our problem. We could not get the unit to function again so a replacement was sent by Rika. Our sincere appreciation to Rika for a rapid resolution. Works great
Love it, but it’s a bit of a challenge for this 83 year old to figure it out. The bread was incredibly yummy.

Great first 3-4 uses, then malfunctioned
Let me start by saying this is my 3rd bread maker, but first one of this brand. I know how ingredients and user errors can play into good bread making.Unit worked great first few uses...bread came out perfect. But now it has stopped the bread from rising. The unit is heating up too much during the 2nd and 3rd rise phases so it is baking too early and comes out like a brick, many times still undercooked in the middle. I have contacted the manufacturer for resolution. Hoping they rectify the situation quickly.*Update…after a week of back and forth emails including order info and pics of recipes I used, manufacturer sent new machine. Two loaves in using their recipe (basic white with exact ingredient measurements) as instructed and results were same…dense bread that didn’t cook all the way (did I mention the 4 HOUR cycle time?) Reached back out and they want me to make a third loaf of basic white bread and send pics. What’s the point in having a machine with 25 settings if you can only make substandard white bread?Yeah I’m over it. Do not waste your time on this machine.

My family said the fresh bread tasted so much better than the store bought. Easy to use and clean.

Time will tell
When taking out of the package I noticed some flaking on the rim of the bread pan and rust underneath. Everything else seemed okay and did well with the first loaf I made. I'll continue to use and see if the rust spreads, will update later.

Great bread machine
I love love love this bread machine. It’s super easy to use and I love adding only the ingredients I want.I’m a pretty healthy eater most of the time and it’s hard to find good quality bread at the store. This is super easy to load up and leave and go about my day. I use this about once a week for fresh bread. My current fav right now is my own recipe for whole grain cinnamon raisin wheat. I add whey for extra protein.Love love love

Manufacturer refund after defective
Unit stopped working, contacted manufacturer and they gave a full refund. They were great about the whole matter. We had already purchased another unit, but was offered a replacement at no additional cost. From the looks of the other reviews this just happened to be a fluke.
