Useful when you need to avoid toxic chemicals in mainstream pads
Very useful but would prefer some narrow ones to use in knickers - got these when I found it difficult to find pads that are not full of toxic chemicals including bleech that acutally cause urinary infections.

Bought these with the cloth nappies. Excellent and go in washer dryer with no shrinkage. No leaking. No sweating. Use to for full incontinence. Mum has dementia and way better than plastic pads xxx

No protection at all, on their own.
Sadly, even slight spotting goes straight through, so far. But I'll keep these inserts and use them with other products I've got coming, as they are so comfortable. I'm trying to save money and bin space.

Excellent quality. I found these absorb quite a lot and am very pleased. However they do take a little drying time but i suppose if you order more that takes care of that critearea
