Have fun spending another $500
Had to spend another $500 ontop of the sticker price because it couldn’t run anything for more than 10 minutes without crashing. Avoid at all costs

Great purchase, but came with issues.
The PC is a beast and I'm not even sure I've been using it to its full potential. When I first got the machine, it was having major thermal throttling issues and overheating like mad. Turns out the water cooler that came with the computer wasn't powerful enough, so I spent another 300 to buy a new one. Since then, I have not run into many issues.

The Best Quality
I've always loved the CyberPower PC. Very neat and clean with the assembly. Always the best components. The durability is the best. The older cyberpower desktop that I replaced with this new one, still works fine and is about 15 years old. It's just the components are abit outdated. Hard to play the newer games out there cause of the low amount of RAM and VRAM in the video card. I love this company, they produce PC's of very high quality. Thanks CyberPower for making my gaming years very enjoyable with no problems. Cheers

For Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 gamers, it crashes in 1 of 2 attempts to run the program.Very often you get a black screen while playing. To repair this you have to open the PC, disconnect all cable from the video card, wait 5 minutes, reconnect it again, ...When it hibernates, it is impossible to turn it on again, you have to force a shut down.For a 5000 CAD PC you get a wired Keyboard and mouse.Customer support never answered me.Installation: easySatisfaction: Not what I expected.

My First real PC
The system and rig itself is fantastic. The accessories are just ok. The Keyboard it comes with doesn't have RGB, only white light keyboard interface. The mouse that came with it was fine, but the color change keys got stuck inside the mouse. I contacted customer support and they shipped me a new one at no cost however.Accessories are easy enough and cheap enough to get if you want something different. The rig itself is a wicked bang for your buck. I run everything I play at max graphics settings.
