ok with this price
This laptop? Let's just say it came out of the box with a "crash course" in frustration. First boot, bam! Windows decided to play dead. Service center, fresh Windows install - all good, right? Wrong! This thing got hotter than a habanero harvest after just an hour. I swear, I could've fried an egg on it (health and safety disclaimer: I did not actually fry anything). Visions of a melted table and a raging inferno had me scrambling to shut it down.Back to the service center I went, feeling like a character in a tech support nightmare. Their solution? Apparently, Windows 10 was just too fancy for this little guy. So, they downgraded it to a simpler version, hoping it would behave. Thankfully, it did! Now, it works... fine. But hey, at least it doesn't try to melt my house down anymore. Plus, who can blame me for the purchase mistake? My heart was set on a Samsung, but somehow, this one ended up in my shopping cart. Guess the universe had a different plan!

Battery Issues
It will not give you 1 hour of battery usage if you unplugged power.Charger is not working after one month of purchase.Sometimes suddenly it get switched off.It will show you full battery and after 5 mins it will switched off because of low battery.

Better than expected
Laptop condition is better than expected, packing was great, comes eith 15 days warranty, everything is working great, I'm getting minimum of 3 hours + battery life , screen is spotless, big thumbs up to the seller and for the product laptop is very slim light weight sturdy, very good display high brightness ips 1080p, I'm more than satisfied thank you it sizer , thank you rs int
