This is the one! (UPDATED 4/26/2022)
Wanted an all around performing headset for working from home. Needed a good mic for Zoom / Teams online meetings, but also - I'm a musician and audiophile, and listen to music constantly. I took a chance on these (because there weren't many reviews), but my initial impressions are very positive after some EQ tweaking.EDIT: after months of use - I love these! If you are reading this, you are like me. Get these.PROS:- Packaging is the best I've seen. Hardly any waste or plasitc. BRAVO- Very light weight, like air, but they are strong and stay on your head.- They actually look good while wearing, not bulky at all.- Build quality seems very good - no sign of shortcuts or cheap materials- Buttons are easy to use and work as expected with a solid feel- When extended, the mic is flexible and stays put where you want it.- Mic has great clarity for others to hear you.- When retracted, the mic is perfectly hidden, and still works adequately.- Ear cups provide good sound isolation from outside distraction- Excellent sound definition from the drivers. In particular, the high-end frequencies are perfectly reproduced without being tinny or causing ear fatigue.- Dual pairing works well, and quickly switches between my PC and phone by stopping sound on one and starting on the other.- Case is hard sided, and smaller than a similar one I have.- Battery life! Wow! And a voice tells you how full the battery is when you turn it on.CONS:- dual pairing will only switch when sound output is zero from the active channel. Thats just how it works. I've seen it get stuck on my phone and not switch to my laptop due to an app claiming sound output (even if there is none). Have to just temporarily exit the app or disable/renable BT if this happens.- Initially I thought the sound lacked low-end, but I was in 'gaming' mode. Just hold down both +/- for 2 seconds changes the sound profile from gaming to music. This fixes any sound issues I had!- MINOR: The ear cups don't have any rotational movement, which doesn't affect the fit for me, but could be suboptimal for others.UPDATE 4/26/2022:So after near daily use for 8 months - the battery still lasts forever and they still look brand new. I love them, but today one of the buttons stopped working. JLab has stepped up and honored their warranty - so I've already got a replacement on the way. Still thrilled about these!

Excellent budget headset
TL/DR - an excellent budget headset for video calling, if you want Bluetooth, over-ear cans and a boom mic.Like a lot of people, I've spent a lot more time in Zoom and Slack meetings this last year than I ever wanted to, and needed to find a better headset for my laptop without breaking the bank. I've been using an older wired Logitech gaming headset, having moved to a SteelSeries 7 wireless set for actual gaming. Having discovered the joys of wireless with the SteelSeries, I yearned to be free of wires for my video calling, but didn't want to have to use a wireless dongle. So my "Must Haves" were Bluetooth, comfortable over-ear cups and a boom mic (having had mixed results with boomless, "beam forming" mics). After a month of fruitless searching, simply unable to find anything remotely in my price range with those three features, I stumbled across these. I've used JLab buds for ages, and currently use a set of their True Wireless buds (which are incredible value) so decided to give them a go, despite the lack of reviews of this relatively new product. Boy, am I glad I did. This is basically the perfect budget Bluetooth headset for video calls, if you need over-ear cups and a boom mic. They paired first time with both my laptop and Pixel 5 phone, and switching between the two is simple and reliable. After switching to "music" mode (long press up and down volume buttons at the same time) the sound is perfectly adequate for video calls, and casual music listening / YouTube video watching- not brilliant, certainly not audiophile, but as good as you'd expect. The mic works great, no complaints from the other end of calls. They are super comfortable, with decent sound isolation. I can't yet speak for battery life, as I've yet to run out - been using them for 3 days, about 6 hours of calls.Basically I have no complaints, and for the price I feel like I got a good deal.I'll update this review in a month or two.EDIT - after 4 months, I am still very happy with this headset. I get about 2 weeks on a charge, although I try and remember to throw it on to charge once a week because of the only real irritating weakness of this product, which is that you can't use it when it's charging. So you really don't want to get caught out with a dead battery. Haven't had a single problem with Bluetooth, no random disconnects or unpairing, no problems connecting, it's been flawless. It's one of the most comfortable headsets I've ever worn, even for loooong use. Still don't recommend them for listening to music, but for Zooming, they are about perfect.

USB-C and Lightweight? Otherwise disappointing.
Pros: USB-C and very light. The material around the ears is breathable.Cons: Sound quality is mediocre at best, with especially poor bass. It's also too quiet, I've maxed out the volume and it's not enough to drown out outside noise (I can still hear my wife on calls two rooms over). I am unable to get the mic to work wirelessly without putting it into handsfree mode which drops the sound quality even further. The included wired connector is not particularly long, which makes it difficult to use. Connects to two devices at the same time, but when connected to my computer it plays absolutely no sound from any other device.Overall I'm really dissatisfied, and I'm not hard to please when it comes to audio. I was trying to replace a set that was half the price but the charge port has become finnicky, this isn't it though. The other set had less overall issues and much better sound quality, so I'm going to see if I can't heat gun and resettle the solder.Save your money.

A nice headset with good sound
After a weekend of use playing splitgate I will say upfront this headset is very solid. The sound is nice and clear, its pretty comfortable for the most part though at long period it does wear on your ears but its still otherwise fits my ears and the weight of them are light enough to make you feel like they aren't there. As for the mic I only used it once but from what I could tell the other people in the game understood me clearly. I will be using my mic more for halo infinite so definitely going to run it though its paces then. The battery I haven't tested but I would bet it holds the aloted 60+ hours as the companies earbuds are close if not spot on in terms of their advertised battery hoursThe dislikes I have personally are very few. My two biggest gripes are the ear cup size and the bluetooth connection. The ear cup size is pretty decent for me though if i were to give feedback, I would reccomend they make a bit deeper, as my ear could feel the speakers and that would cause slight discomfort for my ears and I am sure many others ears. As for the bluetooth connection, it only works on mobile phones and you have to connect a aux cord to usb c adapter for xbox (along with all the others major systems.) It would have been nice if they were able to have a bluetooth connection for consoles as wellDespite these complaints otherwise the headset is really good set considering the price. They pack alot of decent quality options into a headset well below the 100 dollar mark, it is well worth the purchase if your on a budget
