*Very* over priced.
The build quality of this unit is *at best* that of a $500 device. The touch screen is not very accurate and the UI design is terrible. The screen will not show the video feed of a camera, you need the even more expensive RC-IP1000 for that feature. This unit can easily be damaged if you plug in one of their camera's power supplies as they use the same connector, but different voltages. Buyer beware, Canon does not accept returns of this device, and it's clear why: the value of this unit at $2000 is abysmal.
