Quality of the prints are great with this ink on my Canon. So glad I found it. It's less than half of the Canon ink!

Toner cartridge does not have ink
Bought this product 3 times. First 2 times worked ok, but the 3rd time they sent me a toner cartridge that appeared to be used and does not have ink in certain areas of the cartridge. Toward the middle of the print product the ink became so light that the words are not distinguishable, just like when the toner is close to being used up.

Initially, I received errors on my Cannon MF455dw of: counterfeit cartridges are installed. Eventually, the error cleared.

Canon Genuine Mode
Even if Canon Genuine Mode is turned off, the counterfeit toner cartridge message appears again and again. When opening the package, it turned out that there was a small mechanical defect, which I was able to fix. Barring the above two issues, the printing quality is acceptable.
