A few years ago I tried KA gluten-free pancake mix and really did not like the taste, the mix back then had an odd after taste. Well, they seemed to have fixed that issue and the current version of the product is very tasty. No aftertaste and best of all no GMO. Now for those who have problems with Xanthan Gum then this is not the product for you (enough said).The product makes fluffy pancakes and excellent waffles, taste texture etc.

This pancake mix has clean ingredients and is very easy to use, the con is it doesn’t last long and a bulk bag would be better for our home.

Having Celiac Disease can make it difficult to find foods that taste good. So many of the bread products are heavy, crumbly and tasteless, but the Kind Arthur pancake mix makes great pancakes and waffles. They taste good and are fluffy. You really can't tell that this is a gluten free product, it's that good! This is the only brand I buy for making pancakes & waffles.

So far the best GF pancake mix. Love it

So good!!!! I also add cinnamon and vanilla to the wet mixture. Same size bag is close to $2 cheaper at Target. Wish the bags came bigger
