The best
This is the best diaper rash cream ever. This is the only brand my daughter will use. She was given a sample tube and when others didn't help she tried this and loves it.

Works on the worst raw diaper rash!
My son was fighting a horrible diaper rash, very very raw and looked like blisters on his behind. I literally tried every diaper rash products I could and nothing worked. Finally I found out about this product and the first time I used it I was surprised at how thick and covering it is! Very happy. My sons rash was gone within 4 days! Definitely recommend to the parents that are having a super hard time controlling diaper rashes. Let the rash air dry and apply this to baby while he/she has a diaper on and you’re good to go.

Simply the Best
We were given samples of Dr. Smiths from our pediatrician when my olsest son, who was then 5 months old, had a severe diaper rash from a bout of the stomach bug. We had tried close to everything, Aquaphor, Arbonne baby cream, various natural products (beware of tea tree products on broken skin!), beaudreauxs butt paste, regular and the extra strength Desitin, which smells horrible!, and a concoction of 3 products recommended by an ER nurse via the phone after the tea tree incidint, nothing came close to relieving my little guys rash. As soon as we got home with the samples of Dr. Smiths from the ped doc we tried it, and like magic the rash was completely gone the next morning. My boys very rarely get diaper rash but when they do it doesnt last long. Its absolutely worth the extra money. And really, because it works so fast (and gentle) you arent using an entire tube to clear up one round of diaper rash. So I think in the end we've saved money buying this product. I would like to also note that both of my boys, 22 months and 5 months, have extremely sensitive skin, we have to use sensitive/no fragrance wash and lotion on them.My oldest son has unfortunately been tagged by the stomach bug again and yesterday when the rash was soo awful he was screaming and saying ow while I was cleaning him up (break my heart) and I asked him Can mommy put cream on you to make it feel better, he sweetly and whinningly says Yeah and handed me the Dr. Smiths tube. As soon as I put that on him he stops crying. Bless his cute little rashy bottom, even he knows its good stuff!!

The BEST diaper cream
My oldest daughter(now 12) had horrid diaper rash due to sensitive skin, it was almost constant and to the point that she would develop blisters/sores on her behind. We were CONSTANTLY in the pediatrician's office with diaper rash and after several rounds of prescription creams, the dr recommended we use Dr. Smith's as a daily preventative. It worked like a charm and we weren't back to the drs office with diaper rash again. When we began using this product, the availability was very limited(we lived in TX where it started, so we were lucky), I am so happy to see it available on amazon now!!The "tub" is the original and is far superior to the squeeze tube, yes, it is messier and "ickier," but worth the inconvenience. When my oldest was a baby, the tub was the only option, so I was happy to see the tubes when I had my youngest, however, it is NOT the same product and is not as good.I have since had 2 more children(9yrs, 13mos) and although neither has suffered diaper rash like my oldest, when they show any sign of redness(or even just diarrhea), I whip out the Dr. Smith's and it clears up almost instantly-literally by the next diaper change there are no signs of any rash.Tip: If you store in the fridge, it is very soothing(per my 12yr old who has always had skin problems, remembers her diaper cream, and keeps her cortisone in the fridge). It has seemed to be true, my 1yr old never cries when we apply it cold.

Nothing works better or faster!
I was given a sample of this product with my first baby and I was blown away at how well it works. 19 years later and on my third baby I have yet to find a product that works better. Worth every penny. A small amount is usually all that’s needed so it lasts forever.

Surprising results.
Dr. Smith's came recommended by my daughter's daycare provider. While I'm a huge fan of A&D and I love (my daughter loves) Desitin Creamy. I was really surprised of how effective it was.So our daughter had a nasty diaper rash that wouldn't go away. I changed her diaper, aired the area, and even woke her for changes during the nighttime. Nothing. In less than 36 hours with Dr. Smiths no more rash. It may not be all on Dr. Smith's but it seemed to work well.Con: This maybe something I'm just not use to but Smith's seemed to be sticky versus A&D/Desitin's easy apply creamy consistency. The sticky consistency turns into a greasy-like coating on the area.
