H2O Proof Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner, Black by Wet 'n' Wild

Although this product smudges at times and isn't necessarily waterproof, it has longevity. I prefer the Wet and wild over Covergirl and L'oreal. Applying their eyeliners was a hassle and half way through the day the liners were gone from my eyelids. I have a horrible habit of rubbing my eyes.

I've used this eye liner for YEARS. If your looking for a product that lasts all day, doesn't smudge, water proof..then this is it! I will say it's almost too good because it is sometimes hard to get off. I went camping for 3 days and it stayed on the whole trip. The last day it was a little dull but still looked pretty dam good! It's a felt tip as well so for me it's really easy to apply with compared to other liquid liners!

Not a great product for my late thirties eyelids. My daughter loves it and it works well for her younger eyes.

My eyes water like crazy, I've tried every "waterproof" eyeliner and this one is by far my favorite because it actually stays put!!!

I love this eyeliner. You are able to get a precise outline even over foundation or concealer. I tested it by washing my face with water after application and it stayed on without smudges. You’ll definitely need a waterproof makeup remover to remove it completely. I found Body shop’s camomile waterproof eye & lip makeup remover to be the best - bought it also on Amazon.

This is usually my favorite eyeliner. The bottle I ordered from this seller I just opened for the first time and it is thick chunky sludge. Nothing like the eyeliner I am used to receiving when I buy this in store locally. Do not waste your money. You’ll just have to throw it away if you order it. It’s not even eyeliner consistency in the slightest….

This is the only eyeliner that goes on very smoothly for me. I love it .
