Cheap product
The cervical collar was not good and it doesn't release my neck pain instead increasing the pain. It's a cheap product. I trusted amazon but I don't know why amazon is selling very cheap products. It's waste and not worth for the money I spent.

The product is soft, since size chart is not mentioned it's difficult to find the right fit. However, the velcro is not staying even when the product is little loose.After using this for 2 days I see pain reduced significantly.

A small improvement would have made the product good.
The brace overall may not be bad but if it can't serve the purpose for which it is meant, then it loses its value. The velcro used is of such a poor quality that it doesn't hold itself in place even when it's not worn. When worn, it doesn't hold for a second, the grip of velcro being so weak.
