Q: Hi friends! i seemed to have misplaced my instructions of how to restyle these with heat. may i ask someone to please post them? thank you!

Tips For Hair Care 1. Detangle hair from ends to roots. 2. Wash hair in cool to lukewarm water with a mild shampoo. Never wash synthetic products in hot water as this might damage the fibers. 3. Follow with conditioner if desired. Rinse thoroughly in cool water. 4. Pat dry with a towel and let the hair air dry completely. Do not brush or comb when wet. 5. Remember to style when the hair is completely dry. Do not blow dry or apply heat as this can permanently damage the synthetic fibers. Styling1. Make sure to set your Curling / Flat iron between 302 F - 356 F (150C - 180C). 2. Spray water on the hair. 3. Roll up the sectioned hair on iron and stay few seconds. 4. Put the curled / straightened hair for few seconds to cool down. 5. Repeat step (2-4) until you desired style is achieved.

Q: Does it look good with thick hair or will I have to buy 2 sets

I have really thick hair and I bought two. I think it looks more natural than with one.

Q: Which color is lighter? Medium chestnut brown or medium ash brown?

Any color that is ash has a green base to eliminate red tones.If your own hair has natural red tones you may want the ash for a brown with no warm tones. Sometimes the ash tones appear darker.Chestnut on the other is warm with red. Your hair natural hair color is the key. If you are a light blonde(bleached) you will need a reddish filler.
