The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: Spoke to their customer service who did great in handling the issue I had and were very responsive in getting it handled. Pretty solid customer service from these folks. Back to the product: I was unaware that there is a minimum weight for the table, which makes more sense of why it was so shaky. If you're shooting stills, the table will work to get the product to swap to different angles without having to adjust your lighting, but if you want super smooth, 360 degree video for light products, you might have the same issue that I did.I've updated the rating to reflect the products focus for photography and easier use. I stand by my comment of it not feeling as durable as I think it should for the cost, but that's just my personal opinion. I will spend more time using this and update again in the future after I shoot with various different items. 4 stars for its features and the size of it, but docking a star for the wobble and build quality. Could be better, could be a lot worse.ORIGINAL:I usually don't write bad reviews on products, but this was warranted. It is very cheaply made and worst of all, it doesn't rotate smoothly, deeming it useless for shooting video. I initially thought I received a bad copy so Amazon was nice enough to replace it for me quickly. I just received the replacement and it has the same exact issue...I attached a quick video I shot from my phone. Although it is handheld, I also have videos shot from a tripod even closer in that show how wobbly it is, regardless of weight. This thing wobbled with a single bicycle grip as well as a heavier bottle of liquid so it's not a weight issue. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING THAT ROTATES SMOOTHLY FOR CLOSE UP VIDEO!

This turntable has a few flaws but nothing really impactful. Let me deal with the flaws first -The remote requires you to be facing the switch area if you expect any response. Not that hard to do if you remember when you're setting it up but still it was way more limited range than I expected. But the remote is very basic tech so it is limited.The color sheets are meh. They are super slick on the surface as they aren't much better than stiff tissue paper in various colors. It's perhaps out of the price range of this but a tight weave felt mat with a rubber back would be top tier choice for the mats. As it stands I spend more time keeping them on the base than I should ever have to spend.The build quality feels a little underwhelming despite the price. Again not a huge amount but it just feels a little bit more plastic than I'd want.That's it. Yeah there are a few negatives but none of them are actually bad enough to even remove a star. Despite the plastic feel it holds up to its claim for about how much it can hold. I put over 150# onto the turntable and it gave no complaints about the weight. The turntable is large, the motor is quiet, and the movements are smooth.I'm using the turntable currently for scanning objects to convert into 3D printer files. The smooth rotation has improved my process in converting. This is a good tool if you're listing products, doing your own crafts and want to show them off, 3D modeling, or as I've seen some mention cake making and display.At this price point I say if you're doing anything where you would use this in a project where you make money it's a worthwhile investment.

This is wonderful, and I really love the different color pads. It works smoothly and the remote control is so handy for when you have to stand a few feet back. Setup was so easy too! Highly recommended.

I was looking for a turntable for a 3D scanner. This table works well but it is still too fast for a 3D scanner.

Bigger than I was expecting! A large turning table great for product photos or videos! Love the options in color provided to change up the look. Having a remote is also nice. You don't have to leave your camera to change up the shot. Smooth easy turning.

So, I'm a big fan of VR, AR, and other crazy stuff like that. One of the things I've been trying to do more of is recreate real objects more easily in VR. What does that have to do with this? Well, everything! This turntable is capable of moving slowly at very steady speeds and has a light in its base. I can set an object on it, put a couple of 4k cameras up, and set it to rotate very slowly, then take the image data of the rotation and turn that into a pointcloud, then mesh data. It's very cool!

Doesn't quite fit in my light box (I use this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B094VSWCR6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but still works very well in good light to shoot video of all sides of the jewelry that I make. The different colored discs are a nice touch too.

Seems to work well and can handle heavy weight (eg. 200lbs).

Great piece of photography kit

The motor is jittery, which becomes visible if you do close-up shots. It's not usable without post-stabilization, which kinda ruins everything. Plastic is cheapy and build quality not great.It probably works fine for photogrammetry or as a display stand, but if you want to take buttery closeup shots, look elsewhere.

I bought this to put my Christmas tree on as I wanted everyone to see the whole tree and it was a bit of a show stopper so I’m really pleased m grinch tree spun the night away
